PG003-E. Project Planning Introductory Meeting – Three – Gathering Project Idea Rounds Activity Sheet
PG003-S5 – Gathering Project Idea Rounds – In a five-step process, Instructor and the Project Facilitator will guide students in gathering solutions to solve the project challenges. Using brainstorming rounds, 20 to 30 proposed solutions can be generated. Students will review the proposed solution goals on their paper. Then, select their top three to five goals that could fulfill the project purpose.. The final goals will be selected by consensus of the group. Next, the questions needing to be researched, per goal, will be generated and research volunteers assigned. Last, the Project Purpose Statement will be completed to include how, when and where the project goals will be accomplished.
