SG001-S4 – Small Group Leadership Prep and Role Review – Using a four-step process, Alexa or Instructor will guide the class to divide into small groups.  The roles consist of either a Facilitator, Timekeeper or Participant.  Some activities may also include a Recorder, Reporter, Clarifier or Connector. In preparing for a long-term small group with multiple meetings to reach success. The new Facilitator will allow each participant to review their new role, by referencing the individual Leadership Roles Guides, available for each role. Then, the Facilitator and small group will intently discuss the small group’s assigned task, purpose, ground rules for discussion, expected accomplishments and intended outcomes in preparation for the next meetings.  (For access to ready-made Small Group Leadership Role Draw Cards, please insert SG001 in the Classroom Management Search Bar.
